Best winds from July to January. The further you get into the river mouth, the gustier the wind will be.

How to get there:

From Fortaleza center follow the beach road to the West. Drive over the bridge over the river and see the spot to the right. Enter the beach from the west side. Rules & Restrictions:
The water quality is not the best. Be careful with your personal belongings, since this is not the safest area.
