Water:

Very nice waves. A few rocks at low tide.

Beach:

Big sandy beach with lots of space.

Weather:

Always warm and sunny. Air around 32°C and water 29°C. Best season from July to January. Rain season from February to June with occasional rain showers.

Wind:

Good winds all year round. Almost 100% wind from July to January. 65% wind during the rain season. Winds for 10-16 sqm kites. The more to the west the better the wind. Right in the bay of Taiba a bit less, gusty and sideoffshore wind.

How to get there:

From Fortaleza follow the main road to Taiba. Or on the beach with a buggy or 4x4. Just at Taiba you need to get off the beach due to a cliff. But then you can get back to the beach just behind the cliff.

Respect the surfers.

Nightlife:

No nightlife.
